Abstract:

This document is intended to help authors of Web content who wish to claim conformance to "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0". The techniques in this document are neither guarantees of conformance nor the only way an author might produce conforming content. This document has two purposes: (1) It provides examples and general guidance to meet the success criteria in WCAG 2.0. (2) It is also a gateway to technology-specific documents that provide examples and guidance specific to CSS and HTML for meeting the success criteria in WCAG 2.0.
