OOP (Object-Oriented Programming)

OOP is the act of applying the principles of OO in a given programming environment. OOP does not necessarily have to be practiced using an object-oriented Programming Language, but object-oriented Programming Languages facilitate OOP by providing language constructs for the main concepts of OO, which are encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism.
