This is a brief ISO 8859-15 text file demonstrating the use non-ASCII characters.
Examples are german umlauts such as "käse" (cheese) and french accents such as "chèvre" (goat).
It also shows the Euro sign ¤ which is part of ISO 8859-15 (Latin-9), but not included in ISO 8859-1 (Latin-1).
