CSV (Comma-Separated Values)

The CSV Data Format is the least common denominator for exchanging structured information. It is a simple text-based format, where values are separated by commas, and individual records are encoded on individual lines. Quotes may be used to enclose the values (but they must not be used). Each line contains the same number of values.
